The Subaru WRX of 2016 is undoubtedly a high-performance car with both its WRX STI and WRX being available as only 5-seater sedans. While the WRX is available in Limited, premium and base trims, the WRX STI is available in only Limited and base trim levels.

All those WRX Premium purchasers who prefer to go with the manual transmission can avail an audio system from Harman Kardon that is packaged with a navigation system with premium 9-speaker and an optional seven-inch Starlink screen. Limited purchasers who want to go for the CVT can avail a premium audio system and navigation packaged with the EyeSight front collision mitigation system that comes as an optional feature from Subaru.

On the other hand, the WRX Limited that has a manual transmission can be availed with the rear cross-traffic alert and blind spot detection systems packaged with navigation along with a premium 9-speaker media system.  However, the EyeSight system cannot be availed with a stick shift.

The WRX STI model of 2016 is equipped with all the items of WRX Premium and WRX except for a sunroof. However, it includes a stronger engine, driver-selectable modes, rear and front limited-slip differentials, Brembo brakes among others. The STI models also have a dual-zone climate control feature as a standard.  STI models are available with options restricted to a special package for the base trim featuring keyless entry and ignition, premium audio system and navigation.
