With more than 40 years of tuning and engineering experience, it was time for Lingenfelter Performance Engineering to work its magic on a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. LPE decided to be the first tuning company to equip the 2016 Camaro SS with a supercharger. Now the engine under the hood generates an output of 750 rear-wheel horsepower. Other upgrades include CNC heads, stroker crank, connecting rods, camshafts, forged pistons, and an enhanced fuel system. If you don’t need 750 horsepower, the supercharger package can be tuned to reduce the output to 550 ponies. Active Fuel Management is maintained to optimize fuel economy. Further upgrade options include high-performance wheels and tires, new suspension systems, new exterior and interior trims, and high-capacity brake systems. Do any Pine Belt customers plan on upgrading their brand new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro?
