Subaru has claimed that 60 percent of buyers that are purchasing these multi-use vehicles are new to the brand. These vehicles (2016 Forester, Outback, and XV Crosstrek) are meant to attract younger, active consumers. The vehicles are equipped with several features such as the Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and X-Mode, which allow for the multi-use capability.
