FCA Foundation Grants $100,000 to Establish National Black Farmers Association Scholarship Program

The FCA made an announcement earlier this week stating that they are giving a $100,000 grant to support scholarships for current and future African American farmers. The FCA’s grant will provide scholarships up to $5,000 to fund agriculture-related study at an accredited two-year or four-year college. “We should accept nothing less than a world in which everyone has access to a safe, healthy and sufficient food supply,” said Jody Trapasso,  Senior Vice President – External Affairs, FCA North America and President of the FCA Foundation. “Our hope is that these scholarships provide farmers with the inspiration and knowledge to help this vision become a reality.” If you are interested in reading more of this article please click the link below: http://www.media.chrysler.com/newsrelease.do?id=16550&mid=
